Well, thank you for the award! Really the award should be going to the people behind the scenes who help me out every day to make my job look easy. I would pass it on to them, but none of them have their own blog. Oh well, I will wear it proudly for them.

I'd like you to think about one other thing: What life lessons are the "people behind the scenes" learning through their service to you? Neither you nor they will fully know for a long time to come, but I do know that God's plan is at work in all of it.
Please don't just shrug off the contributions you make. They are much larger than you can ever know in this lifetime.
