Yes, we were living in the house almost 2 months before we actually owned it. Not by our choice though. Our part time loan lady was new and very slow. Paper work is all done and it’s official now, so we can all breathe a sigh of relief.

Yowch! I bet that really was disconcerting! Glad it all got legalified so you can sleep peacefully... at least on the nights Anna doesn't go roaming!
