Elizabeth finally lost her first baby tooth. (last Wednesday) It was so loose that when it came out there was no blood. The tooth was ready to come out for a few days but Elizabeth was not quite ready. She was a little nervous that it might hurt. The best part about it for her was that fact that she could now use a straw without even opening her teeth. The most impressive part for me was that the Tooth Fairy actually came when she was supposed to and I didn't have to try to come up with some lame excuse for why she missed our house.

Our Elizabeth (Daughter to most everyone else in blogland) came with a full set of adult teeth already in place, so I missed out on playing tooth fairy with her. The boys, however, loved using the bite an apple trick to get theirs out. They learned it at daycare and I never had to pull another tooth!
Tell her she's awfully cute!
Oh, she is darling! My son just turned 3 so we aren't at the tooth fairy age yet. Right now we are knee deep into potty training (oh joy).
Thank you for the nice comment on my blog!
My oldest just lost her first tooth not long ago. I was out of town at the time. :( She spent the next week drinking out of starws and making sure we all knew her teeth weren't actually open. Goofy little girls.
